The company is operated by Mr. Andrew (Andy) Nadler. Over the years, he has conceived, developed, and managed various agricultural weather monitoring programs that continues to serve the industry. In Manitoba, he began the Manitoba Ag-Weather Program, a network that now consists of over 100 weather stations providing excellent coverage of the Province’s agricultural areas. With Farmers Edge, Andy helped establishing a field-centric weather monitoring network, consisting of approximately 6,000 weather stations covering nearly 20 million acres in Canada, the US, Brazil, Australia, and Eastern Europe. He also developed, deployed, and validated several weather-based decision support tools.
Since 2015, he has been operating Peak HydroMet Solutions, where he works with several industry groups, government organizations, and individual farmers. Peak HydroMet Solutions is a Davis Instruments “Value-Added-Reseller” and we support everything we sell. We can design, install, and service both large and small monitoring networks. We also love doing custom projects. Bring us a problem and we’ll find a solution.
